Service Description

The Highfield Level 2 Award in Introduction to Mental Health Awareness (RQF) has been developed to help leaners develop their underpinning knowledge and understanding in relation to mental health, mental ill health and wellbeing. A knowledge-only qualification, it can be taken by learners preparing to enter employment or by those who are already in employment and wish to develop their knowledge of mental health awareness. Topics covered include: • Understanding mental health and wellbeing • Understanding how mental ill health affects the experience of individuals • Understanding the mental health continuum • Understand ways to self-manage own wellbeing Course duration: 1 day classroom or workplace or online or online via Teams or Zoom Assessment method: Multiple-choice examination
