Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend the course, please let us know by contacting the centre on 01262 424368 or email info@puretrainingsolutions.org.uk to reschedule your course booking.

 

Any cancellations or transfer requests must be received by Pure Training Solutions by a minimum of 48 working hours prior the course commencing. Working hours exclude weekends and bank holidays.

We are now operating a minimum 48-hour cancellation policy, if any classes are missed or cancelled or cancelled within 48 hours of the course commencing, they shall be chargeable.

Pure Training Solutions may reschedule any course where it is necessary to do so. Enrolled learners shall be informed at the soonest opportunity and offered a full refund of the course fee or offered an alternative course date.
