Health and safety in the workplace is important to every business, both in terms of protecting staff and the public, and ensuring that costly legal action and damage to reputation is avoided should the worst ever happen. The Highfield Level 3 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace (RQF) has been developed to give learners a sound knowledge and understanding of health and safety. Aimed primarily at those already working as a supervisor, manager or team leader, it can also be used to train those who are preparing to start work at this level.
