Summary
The Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership can help you progress to a more senior role within hospitality. You will broaden your existing knowledge and gain important leadership and management skills to help you take on more responsibility. The Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership is for anybody already working in the hospitality sector who wants to take on more responsibility at work.
The Course is broken down into units and all candidates must cover the following five mandatory units:

Set objectives and provide support for team members

Develop working relationships with colleagues

Contribute to the control of resources

Maintain the health, hygiene, safety, and security of the working environment

Lead a team to improve customer service
The candidate will also have optional units to complete and will be chosen to suit your business needs and can include: Supervise housekeeping services, contribute to promoting hospitality products and services, and Manage the receipt, storage or dispatch of goods.
Assessment: Evidence is collected in a portfolio and will include workplace observations, professional discussions, witness testimonies, oral and written questions, and other evidence as appropriate to the job. Candidates will have a dedicated assessor to guide and support them through the process.
